The new fashion statement that has seemed to rapidly jump is the leggings fad. Leggings aren’t jeans and are not pants, they are thin and stretchy, but we’ll take whatever we can get as long as it’s fashion friendly. These leggings come in many of styles, leggings made to look like jeans, sheer leggings, leggings with patterns, leggings with pockets. It’s all the rage to at least have one pair of leggings. Now your saying well what do I wear with these oh so awesome leggings? I like to pair mine with a dress and booties. Another way to wear is with an oversized shirt or sweatshirt making it more laid back and comfortable giving it a seventies kind of vibe. I love seeing girls wear it with cute tops and heels. I personally think heels make every girl look more pose, unless they can’t seem to walk in them. =]
A good store to buy these leggings at would be Forever21.com or Forever 21 stores. They have all kinds of styles, printed, leather, you name it and they have it. They also have the cutest shoes and shirts that would compliment these very nice.

So, here's my issue with leggings. Personally, I think they're really cute, and I really like the look when seen on other people. But...I feel like they look horrible on me. I'm not a size 6--more like a size 12--and I feel like they just make my thighs/hips/waist look bigger. I feel the same way about skinny jeans. Is there any way to wear the leggings if you're a bigger size and not look silly? Or would you just suggest to avoid them all together?
ReplyDeletewell i'm not really skinny at all eaither and i wear them with a long flowy dress and cute ankle boots that way i dont look like a total fool. i definetely agree with what your saying about not being a size 6 and the hips thing. but ya definetely pair it with a flowy dress or something like that. =]=]
